Ability to add new water lines cold and hot weather it's all copper or a  mix between pex and copper or all pex. We prefer to use the copper crimp  rings for the pex plumbing as chinch rings are not the best durability  option but we can work with those as well for a cheaper option. We have experience replacing electric  water heaters

Ability to safely work on hot power lines when panel access isn't  available or if it saves a lot of time/labor/money and the work can be safely operated.

Ability to diagnose and repair  faulty electrical connections and devices (switches /outlets, lights /fan  replacement and new install).

Familiar with electrical standards and  codes as well as 2-3-4 way switches wiring (new wiring and existing  wiring).

Ability to run new power lines from the panel with cables and  breakers that match to code. 

Installation /replacement of all types of  electrical devices including but not limited to : baseboard heaters,  recessed lights, motion lights, low voltage led under cabinets and much  more.
